Rings

What ring sizes do you offer?
Most of our made to order rings are available in UK sizes A–V, including half ad quarter sizes. Midi rings are classed as sizes A–F. Full finger rings are classed as sizes G–V. If you require a ring outside of this size range, contact us and we’ll help you out. If you’d like to order a ring in a half or quarter size, please select the closest full size from the menu, and add a note at the checkout to let us know the exact size that you require. Ready to ship rings are already created in the size shown on the individual product page, but in some cases can be resized.

How can I find my ring size?
We recommend finding your ring size by either using a plastic or metal ring sizer, or by visiting your local jeweller to be professionally sized. Alternatively, there are printable ring size guides online with which you can compare one of your existing rings – it’s important to print these out at 100% of their original size for an accurate measurement. For our slim and regular bands, your usual ring size will typically be a perfect fit. For thin bands, with a width of 1mm or less, you may need to go down a size if you’re planning on wearing the ring alone. If you wish to stack several rings on one finger, you may need to go up a size. For bands with a width of 4mm or more, you may need to go up a size. A correctly fitting ring should feel snug, but not uncomfortably tight. It shouldn’t slide over the knuckles too easily, but should instead require a gentle twist.

I’m ordering a gift – what ring size should I go for?
When ordering a gift, we strongly recommend finding out the ring size of the recipient before ordering, particularly for rings that can’t be resized or exchanged. There are printable ring size guides available online, with which you can compare an existing ring belonging to the recipient.

Necklaces

What necklace lengths do you offer?
Most of our necklaces are available with chains measuring 16 or 18 inches, and some are extendable. If you require a necklace in a length outside of this range, contact us and we’ll help you out.

I’m ordering a gift – what necklace length should I go for?
When ordering a gift, we recommend choosing the 18 inch or extendable option, as these will work well for most people.
