Which countries do you ship to?
We’re currently only able to ship within the UK for orders placed on this site. Customers in the USA, Canada and Europe can order via our Etsy shop (opens in new window).

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery for UK orders is free.

How can I track my order?
Tracking information for your order can be found in your dispatch email. If you can’t locate your tracking link,
contact us and we’ll help you out.

What delivery methods do you use?
The delivery method for your order will depend on the total size, weight and value of the order. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24, Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Royal Mail Special Delivery.

How long does delivery take?
Most of our jewellery is handmade to order, and production timeframes vary. Ready to ship items are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days. Please see individual product details for an accurate timeframe for the creation and dispatch of your items. If your order contains items with different production timeframes, items may be dispatched in one parcel, so your dispatch date for the whole will be that of the item with the longest production timeframe. Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 1–3 working days, however this is not guaranteed.

My order hasn’t arrived – is it lost?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please
contact us and we’ll look into this for you.

My order has arrived damaged – what should I do?
If an item is delivered to you damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery of the item. We’ll usually ask you to send us a photo of the damage, and in some circumstances we will need you to return the item for inspection.

My order has arrived but there’s an item missing – will it be sent separately?
If your order contains multiple items, these may be sent to you in separate parcels. Items may be dispatched on different days, and so arrive at different times. If you haven’t received all of your order by the expected delivery date, please
contact us and we’ll look into this for you.

Returns info

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Some items are eligible for return or exchange. Please check individual item details for info. Items excluded from returns and exchanges include all piercing jewellery, bespoke and customised pieces, and some made to order items, unless faulty or damaged upon delivery.

How do I return or exchange an item?
If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, please contact us to request a return. Once, confirmed, you’ll need to send the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the item. We’ll then inspect the item before authorising a return or exchange.

Do I have to pay to return or exchange an item?
If you’re returning an unwanted item, or exchanging an item for a different size or style, you’ll be responsible for the cost of returning the item. Items must be returned suitable for resale, unworn and in the original packaging. We recommend using a tracked service to return your item, and obtain proof of postage. Customers are responsible for returned items until we have received them; we don’t accept responsibility for items damaged during their return journey.

When will I receive a refund for my returned item?
If eligible for a refund, we’ll process this within 7 days of receiving your returned item. Depending on the payment method used, it can take between 3–30 days for your refund to appear on your statement. Please contact us if you haven’t received a refund within this time.
